savage and r200 can be add to DevelDRIDrivers list

Well I though r200_dri.so is just "works" when 
#define BuildDevelDRIDrivers YES
but I will test in on my "radeon 7200SE" (one r200)

And about put savage on DRIDrivers, at least has to change 
xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/drives/drives/savage/Imakefile and delete
DevelDRIDrivers defines
