Cool.  I had just looked for Xv/Savage stuff in bugzilla before posting; 
I haven't actually tried it.

Dang.  It feels like it _almost_ knows how to do it (i.e. it calculated 
the 640x360 window correctly, it just didn't down scale).

Eek.  Well, if you find something in the code that looks like it could 
be fixed, I'm more than happy to test out changes.  :)

Hm, well, in that case, what would you recommend for NTSC tv-out 
(preferably at 800x600) that has good Xv support?
