i810 regression on IBM thinkpad X40 and 6.8.2

Hi,

It would be nice if the issues raised in bugzilla #2339:
<https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2339> could be fixed 
before 6.8.2.

Does anyone here have some knowledge of the i810 driver ? could it be 
looked at ?

There are several OpenBSD developpers using these machines, they will 
help testing patches.

If those issues are not solved, OpenBSD 3.7 will probably ship with the 
old driver from XFree86 4.4rc2.
