Radeon R200 QL [8500 LE] DVI auto-detect regression from 6.8.0 to 6.8.1

When a DVI monitor (and no SVGA) is attached to my computer, the BIOS
boots up displaying to the DVI monitor and so does the Linux text
console.  With 6.8.0, the fact that there was DVI and no SVGA was
auto-detected and the "radeon" driver would display X to the DVI output.

With 6.8.1 (and 6.8.2 prereleases still affected) the autodetection does
not work.

I can fix the problem by saying:
    Option   "MonitorLayout"   "TMDS".

I've attached a log of the 6.8.2-RC4 output without the MonitorLayout
keyword (ie: a log of the failed autodetection).
