I got side tracked with input stuff; I wanted to switch from /dev/input/
mice to /dev/input/event*, but there's a huge hot-plug hurdle to jump over
before things "just work" as well as they do with /dev/input/mice.

So, there's bare stubs in kdrive, but nothing really sufficient for X. I
think the xfree86 evdev driver is a lot further along.

But, for mesa-solo, it might be sufficient to just suck input from all
keyboard/pointer devices that exist at startup and bail on adding or
subtracting devices on-the-fly.
