redhat-config-xfree86 (RHL 8, 9, and FC1) and system-config-display
(FC2, FC3) which replaced it, both use pyxf86config.py which is a python
wrapper around libxf86config. The Red Hat X config tool isn't the only
3rd party application using libxf86config however.
