DIX representation of solid surfaces

I realize that it's convenient to have a simple CARD32 holding the ARGB
value for a solid surface, but Render can support deeper components and
we don't want to drop color information on the floor for those formats.
That means just sticking the RenderColor structure into the solidFill
surface and leaving the conversion to format-specific data to the DDX
code.
