X.org does not display euro, tilde, "]" & "[" are incorrect on Dutch Keyboards

I have one _somewhere_, I recently moved and haven't encountered it yet;
will have a look for it though.

They are indeed quite rare these days; and like you said, I haven't ever
seen a dutch keyboard not from IBM. Nor have I ever met anybody who
would willingly use the dutch layout, everybody just uses US_intl on
them and bitches when they happen to get confused when looking at the
actual keys :-)
