interlace issues, Xv or Nvidia driver?

Hi everyone, 

I've already posted this to Mythtv mailing list and nvidia online forum and 
no one know is really sure what the real issue is. Well, from what we've 
spoken, they're mentioning that it could be an nvidia driver issue or an xv 
issue. Well, I did some test and maybe, you Xorg guys can help pinpoint who 
the culprit is.
