Radeon AIW 9700 functionality

Thanks bogdan!
I pulled xorg from cvs last night and gave it a whirl, adding your
patches and new files to the ebuild. Everything went super (after I
corrected some of my silly errors :)), as far as the installation,
xorg pops up quite happily now. However, at first the tuner wouldn't
work at all (couldn't select pal/ntsc), then I searched around and
added the microcode from my windows drivers and added the appropriate
options to xorg.conf. Okay, so now avview opens and allows me to
select pal/ntsc tuner/composite, etc. The only problem is that the
signal appears very very weak. As in, most channels are noise, but on
a few i can make out figures (garbled people, garbled words, etc). Any
clue as to why that would be?

Thanks again,
Scott
