How do i enable dri support on Xorg?

It's not quite ported. I think I've got something wrong with the
DRM_CONSISTENT mappings -- everything (including 2d) is super slow when
shadow status is enabled, and I think I was seeing some memory stompage
either way, though that might be a different issue. Note that this is
with local diffs I have.
