I agree, the fonts are not the problem, its your settings, you have to
run at the resolution the monitor was made for (if it's an LCD) or else
it will have to scale it, and that'll make it look nasty. Only thing I
could see in the screenshot was that the font in the menubar wasn't
anti-aliased at all, so you should change that font to something
anti-aliasable and then change you x's resolution to you monitors native
res.
