Issues building latest CVS tree

I pulled a tree from CVS about 1/2 hour ago, and tried to build:

making all in programs/Xserver/GL/mesa/GLcore...
make[7]: Entering directory 
`/root/Downloads/xorg/xc/programs/Xserver/GL/mesa/GLcore'
make[7]: *** No rule to make target `grammar_mesa.o', needed by 
`libGLcore.a'. Stop.
make[7]: Leaving directory 
`/root/Downloads/xorg/xc/programs/Xserver/GL/mesa/GLcore'


cursory investigation reveals that a bunch of files are missing from
this directory...  Should they be links to the files elsewhere in the tree?
