[ANNOUNCE] Xorg 7.1RC1

Since currently only the server has branched for development, all current 
releases of all other Xorg tarballs can collectively be considered Xorg 
7.1RC1.  The complete package list is at:

Note updates to _every_ driver, due to ABI updates.  The following drivers are 
not on the list due to either deprecation or lack of working build system:  
magictouch, wsfb, sample, glide.  Everything else needs a rebuild, and will 
enforce that at either compile time or runtime.

There's still some minor updates in the libs and apps, relative to that set, 
that need proper tagging and releasing, but they're very low impact and tbh I 
haven't gotten to them yet.
