Radeon: VGA stays black on DVI+VGA card

Hi there,

I edited my xorg.conf so that it now includes both the optimal server
layouts (just one monitor without xinerama/mergedfb) and my temporary
xinerama hack (in order to be able to see something on my tv).

I tested with both X.org 6.8.2 and modular X.org 7.0.0 (ati-1-0-branch).

With both X.org versions ServerLayout "TFT" works. It works even better
with modular X.org because the VGA outbut is zeroed while 6.8.2 produces
noisy output on the VGA out.

ServerLayout "TV" doesn't work with neither 6.8.2 nor 7.0.0; the VGA out
just gets blanked.

ServerLayout "TFT and TV (Xinerama)" does work with 6.8.2 but it doesn't
work with 7.0.0.
