Right Alt key

I have the same problem and would like to know the answer too. If
right-alt were to behave the same as alt then it would make switching
workspaces (Ctrl-Alt-arrow) much simpler, i.e. one-handed, since my Ctrl
and Alt keys are next to each other, next to the arrow keys.
Currently xev says my left Alt is keycode 64 (keysym 0xffe9, Alt_L),
while it identifies right Alt as keycode 113 (keysym 0xfe03,
ISO_Level3_Shift), without identifying it as an Alt.
