xf86-video-intel: i950GM support ?

I think you mean GMA 950 which is the name of the graphics core.
The GMA 950 is the graphics core in the Mobile Intel 945GM Express
Chipset which is what you have.

The Mobile Intel 945GM Express Chipset is already supported in the
driver.
