Intel 915GM S-VIDEO TV-OUT adjustments (black border)

Hi, I have an aopen minipc (minipc.aopen.com), and would like to  
ajust the S-VIDEO TV-OUT. The graphic card is an Intel 915GM and I am  
using the i810 driver.  It work well, but I get a bit of a black  
border at the top of my plain old NTSC TV.  There is no option to  
resize/adjust the image in my TV (like on a PC monitor).  Is it  
possible to adjust that on the graphic card side ?
