Now I am puzzled. aclocal is installed. It is required by automake.

All I have found is a pending bug in ubuntu 
(https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/glib-java/+bug/64718). This 
deals with AM_CFLAGS and aclocal. But I cannot see how to apply the 
workaround for me.
