Kdrive with support for UTF-8

The only thing that might cause you trouble is the built-in fonts in
KDrive; they only cover a small subrange of Unicode.

Make sure that your font path includes fonts that cover the range of
Unicode that you need (use `xlsfonts -ll -fn whatever' to check), and
you should be fine.

Better yet, switch to client-side fonts (using fontconfig and xft).
