The /proc/bus/pci/${DOMAIN}:${BUS}/* mmap() scheme allows you to set
"PCIIOC_WRITE_COMBINE" in the fd via ioctl() before mmap() in order to
achieve this.
I'm surprised the sysfs stuff didn't obtain similar functionality.
