[PATCH] Xinerama support for Xglx

Hi

I've added basic xinerama relay support to Xglx. Now if only Compiz were
xinerama-aware... Are there alredy plans to fix Compiz in multi-monitor
environments?

BTW: Great work, Xgl and Compiz run perfectly on my nvidia.
