nv performance

Right now I'm stying away from the proprietary drivers if I can so right 
now I'm using "nv".

It seems that I'm hitting exactly the same problem that I had with the 
readeon driver though. Xorg spends a lot of time in fbcopyareammx and 
moving windows around is jerky and eats most of the cpu time.
