i810 and composite tv out signal?

Hi all.

With a 915GM chip, I use the i810 driver. I connect the TV out port to 
an old TV via a supposedly SCART <-> svideo connector, but get only B/W 
output with a black border, suggesting that the TV or connector expects 
a composite signal

libv of #xorg at irc.freenode.net advices, that I am unable to specify 
composite output in the driver, so my question is, if it will ever be 
possible.
