Merge your bits for xorg-server 1.1.1

Loose consensus on IRC is that we should roll a 1.1.1.  If you've got
server changes that you think should land, please cherry-pick them to
server-1_1-branch, or at least prod me to say "this is really
important."  I'm planning on rolling it tomorrow.
