Multiple X servers with DRI

Hello,

I noticed that for some parts of 2D acceleration is used 3D engine of hardware.
This works only if DRI is successfully enabled (in the case of i810 driver, it's
not checked in EXA and textured-video for availability of DRI.). 

However, does this mean that only one instance of accelerated X server can be 
running in near future? (As DRI is unable to run in more than one instance.)
