Two people have asked me about this now, so I figured I would preempt
any further questions. Yes, the ChangeLog is outdated. No, I did not
notice this before releasing. Most git users do not update the
ChangeLog, in large part because merging it sucks.

To generate an accurate ChangeLog, run `git checkout stable`, then `git
log > ChangeLog` in your libX11 checkout. A few days ago, I added a rule
to do this on `make dist` in both master and stable branches of libX11.

I suggest that all git-using modules transition to a similar scheme of
generating the ChangeLog for releases.
