All,

I am trying to use a touch-screen driver that send ABS events via the
kernel input event subsystem(/dev/input/event4). When trying to use
the evdev diver in Xorg, I get the following error in the Xorg.log.

Bad valuators reported for device "Touchscreen0-"

The log also reports the Touchscreen as the following:

(**) Touchscreen0: name: (null), phys: (null), device: /dev/input/
event4, pass: 0.
(II) evdev brain: Rescanning devices (1).
(**) Option "SendCoreEvents"
(**) Touchscreen0-: always reports core events
(II) Touchscreen0-: Found 3 absolute axes.
(II) Touchscreen0-: Configuring as pointer.
(**) Touchscreen0-: Configuring in Absolute mode.
(**) Touchscreen0-: AbsoluteScreen: 0.
(II) Touchscreen0-: Found 0 relative axes.
(II) Touchscreen0-: Configuring as pointer.
(**) Touchscreen0-: Configuring 2 relative axes.
(II) Touchscreen0-: Found 75 mouse buttons
(II) Touchscreen0-: Configured 75 mouse buttons

Can someone tell me what this means? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

Michael
