Newbie questions about driver programming and s3 968 docs.

Ave people.

The driver isn't finished, not even close. However Dac probing and Dac 
preinitting works. If there's anyone who has the hardware, please test.
I'm curious if there exists s3968/ti3026 cards with different revisions of 
the ramdac.

Test with -logverbose 5 and send the Xorg.log file.
