Bugzilla updates

Hi all,
I've just finished a bunch of updates to Bugzilla which should make life
a bit better for all of us (though no update to 2.20 or 2.22, sadly; I
have no idea what the local changes are, not having access to the CVS
repository in question).
Specifically, dependency graphs now work (complete with Cairotastic
anti-aliased lines and whatnot), you can reassign bugs without a
comment, and there's now a 'and reassign to me' checkbox under accept
bug. Note, however, that I haven't Javascripted selection of accept
when you click reassign to me, so you'll still need to select 'accept
bug', *then* check 'and reassign to me'.
ObBug[0]: #3819
Cheers,
Daniel
