SERVERCONFIGdir = $(libdir)/xserver, not $(libdir)/X11/xserver ?

this is probably trivial, but SecurityPolicy being the lone document in the 
stray /usr/lib/xserver directory when so much else from xorg-xserver gets 
installed into /usr/lib/X11/xserver seems odd, especially when i'm 
symlinking the modular x installed directories into /usr/X11R6 for 
compatibility with old binaries
is this something to be concerned about or should this be ignored?
