$MIEXT_SHADOW_LIB

Hi folks,

I've seen, the references to miext/libshadow are currently done
by an variable, which is set in ./configure. This is not very
clear, so I'm gonna replace this by putting the references 
directly into the appropriate Makefile.am's.

Any comments ?
