Domain patches

I have checked in a number of patches needed for domain support on ia64.
So far they work well for us, for non-domain architectures as well. I
have split them up as far as possible to ease narrowing down regressions.

There's one more patch needed for sgis' machines, p_pci-ce-x.diff in our
source rpms, which gives us (especially Egbert) still headaches, so this
one is not included yet.

Also, I noted that on the dualhead DVI configuration I tested this the
machine crashes upon server shutdown, this hasn't been investigated yet.
I'm told that on a non-DVI machine this issue does not exist.
You have been warned.

But the server works for the first time after moularization.
