Hi all,

I'm experiencing different behavior between Xorg 6.8/6.9/7.0 and 7.1
regarding XCompositeUnredirectWindow().

Typically, in Xorg 7.0, unredirecting a window causes unmap/map events
(not unlike reparenting) while in Xorg 7.1, I see no such unmap/map
spurious events.

While I think the behavior in 7.1 is the correct one, I wonder if this a
known issue in versions prior to 7.1.

I need to know if this is a bug in 7.0 and before that has been fixed in
7.1, because in such a case, I'll drop part of my code that try to deal
with these unmap/map events and disable unredirecting fullscreen windows
when using Xorg 7.0.

Thanks in advance,
Cheers,
Olivier.
