AllowDeactivateGrabs broken?

Hi guys,

I believe I've come across a problem with Xorg 7.1. I use the following
option in my Xorg.conf to switch between games and my desktop:

Section "ServerFlags"
     Option "AllowDeactivateGrabs" "on"
EndSection

Since upgrading to Xorg 7.1 this option no longers works (by trying:
CRTL+ALT+/ on the numpad), however my Xorg log file mentions it:

(**) Option "AllowDeactivateGrabs" "on"

As a note I'm using Gentoo, amd64, Xorg 7.1, gcc 4.1.1, and the keyboard
driver.

Any help or confirmations of this would be great,
