last xorg and fglrx

hey,
i have ubuntu dapper, ATI radeon 9550 and ati 8.28.8 drivers.
today i compile xorg from git and it's functionall with ati or radeon
drivers. But if i try run xorg with fglrx drivers i failure, xorg is not
started. This is output of file /var/log/gdm/:0.log

Support this ati fglrx driver Xorg 7.1.99 and if support how must I
install this ati fglrx driver ? Must I compile and install driver to the
directory /opt/Xorg.git where i install my Xorg 7.1.99 ?
