avoid useing xorg6.9 libs while activating Xorg7.1

Dear all:
I download Xorg7.1 tar balls and build it all successfully under my
/home/temp. 
I try to execute the /home/temp/bin/Xorg but it still try to load my Xorg6.9
libs and drivers that was installed previously.
Before modularized Xserver, I can type "make install" under xc and it will
replace my previous Xserver. Is there same command I can use or have I
changed some environment setting?
