__GLX_ALIGN64 variable gone missing?

The modular build system was never really well tested (or even at all) on most
of those platforms simply because no one who used them volunteered to do so,
so it was probably a simple oversight.    People who care about those platforms
need to step up and help out if they want good support for them.
