Fontconfig issues in Tinyx-gtk

Could someone answer the inlined mail. Thanks in advance.

I believe locale needs to be installed, but not sure of the exact ones.

Also, this member's shyjumon.n at ttec.soc-soft.com post to xorg bounces back. If its a issue on the xorg front, could the admin solve it.

Shyjumon, please check with your mail server and also your member account with Xorg.

    One more disturbance to you, As i told earlier i am unable to post mails to group now, so its a private mail, if you think its relevent please do fed to group also.
 My problem is, i have a gtk+ application and its reading a imagefile name from a file say config file, it is throughing the following errors and not displaying the image in the ARM board. It is able to display the stock icon images. Please advice me if you have any clues.
