It seems that we had some semantical misunderstandings about the
libXinerama output - it looks like the output is indeed correct, and
sufficient for our needs. I also was under the impression that KDE
already used the output so far, but this was partially manually
configured.
So sorry for the fuzz.

We had a server crash once, when I tried to force adding another mode,
but I didn't have time to debug this further.
