[intel] Non-existent TV output

I have Debian sid installed on my ThinkPad T61 (965GM chipset) and it
seems the latest release of the Intel driver detects a TV output on
this machine, one that is connected, and scales everything
accordingly[0]. Once you turn off the output with "xrandr --output TV
--off" everything is displayed correctly at the native resolution of
1680x1050. The log file is here[1]. This particular model of Thinkpad
has no TV output, just an analog VGA output.
