VNC patch for Xserver 1.3

Hi,

Does anyone have an up-to-date vnc patch that applies agains xserver 1.3?

I can't see an easy way to generate the patch via:
http://xf4vnc.cvs.sourceforge.net/xf4vnc/

Perhaps someone has a git tree somewhere with the relevant branches and
thus have generated an up-to-date patch?

I've got a patch that applies against v1.2 but things have changed too
much in 1.3 for it to apply cleanly.

Anyone done the necessary work?
