Xephyr crashing on 8 bit connection attempt

Dear all

This is the latest Xorg log file that is present on the system as of now,
when the Xephyr command ( used to connect to a remote X-server at 8 bit
depth ) fails to connect. Kindly ignore the last log file posted.
