AFAIK, Intel doesn't make any standalone TMDS chips, so you will have
to use a 3rd party one.  The only caveat is that there needs to be an
sdvo driver for the chip on the ADD2 card.  You'll have to check the
intel driver to see which TMDS chips are supported.
