The only part of the system using these fields is the X server DIX and
library, the drivers don't refer to the protocol encoding portions of
the package.

Also, these fixes refer only to version 1.2 of the protocol, which is
not used in X server versions that have been released to date; the first
version expected to use RandR 1.2 extension requests is version 1.3,
scheduled for release shortly.

So, if you're building the currently released X server bits, you don't
need to rebuild anything.
