I'm running the latest git xf86-video-intel modesetting on a 945GM Mac
mini, It rejects a large number of possible modes, ending up with only 3
undesirable ones.

The older i810 driver 1.7.2 that comes with Suse 10.2, comes up with 4
built in modes that all work, including 1280x1024x58.

What I really want is 1280x720x60 which is the closest mode that the
panel doc says it supports over vga to the native resolution (1280x768.

The drivers don't seem to pay any attention to the modelines I specify
in xorg.conf.

Under MacOS, 9 different modes shows up all of which are useable and
with some coaxing maybe 9 more at different refreshes.

What do I need to do to tune the mode to my display?
