problem about Xorg locks up

when I run glxgears and resize it to a larger size, Xorg locks up.
(no problem when I resize it to a smaller size).
Platform: Solaris X86
Graphics card: intel 865G
The following information are from Xorg.0.log. I searched
"I830WaitLpRing"
using google and got a lot of information about this. But it seems
that they are not helpful for me.
So, Can anybody help me to look at the attached log file and conf to see
what's wrong?
