Xorg 1.1.1 + Mesa 6.5.2 = White screens with i810 driver and beryl/compiz

It just used the definitions from glproto, so it was fine as long as you
built it and Mesa against the same glproto. The new server GLX code
hardcodes the numbers from glproto >= 1.4.8, so I pushed a change to
require that for GLX to xserver master and nominated it for the 1.2
branch. It's not technically correct as the xserver build itself doesn't
need the new glproto, but hopefully it'll alert people that they need to
rebuild Mesa against it as well.
