The patch to change the texture format to always be GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE_ARB 
is wrong.  The tfp spec requires that you return TEXTURE_2D for power-of-two 
textures.  Surely the right thing is to fix DoGetDrawableAttributes to return 
the right GLX token?

I should be able to hack that up though.
