beryl and wine cant use full colours ?

Hello
hmm i have strange problems , I use newest xorg from git and xf-video-intel 
branch modesetting , all opengl is working and with that and 3 patchs from 
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8991 at last i was be able to 
run beryl , but starge beryl was in 16bbp depth colours .. , i have in 
xorg.cons selected default 24 depth , and I was put in xor.conf 
Option "AddARGBGLXVisuals" "true", Option "DisableGLXRootClipping" "True" , 
this should allow use more colours , i was read on forums and nothing more 
they tells ,  .. and 3d programs in wine are crashing , with 
Option "Legacy3D" "true"  wine is working , but have the same problem like in 
beryl - 16bbp ... when i use AccelMethod EXA the same problem , in xorg.0.log 
is showing that i have 24 depth and 32 framebuffer ... KDE look like have 24 
bbp ... 
is that a driver bug or I should do something do with my configuration?
